Application and Paperwork

Business Tax Receipt

All businesses wishing to operate in the City of Miami Beach must first obtain a Certificate of Use (CU).

Certificate of Use

Once the CU application is approved by the Miami Beach Planning Department, an applicant may request the Fire Inspection before the CU can be issued and we can go to the next steps.

Fire Inspection

There are a couple additional requirements to fulfill through this step. Upon verification, your application will be reviewed further for Final Approval and your BTR will be issued.

Scheduling inspection

We will schedule an inspection as your liaison by providing all necessary information, which will help avoid delays in the process.

Building adjustment

The property may be in good condition if the previous owner maintained inspections and permits, but adjustments are likely to be needed to meet current codes. If the fire department identifies issues, we will hire qualified contractors familiar with local building codes and fire safety regulations to make the changes promptly.

Passing inspection

Finally, it is vital to conduct a review of the property to ensure that it meets all safety standards and passes the final inspection, which is critical for obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to operate legally.

Pricing

Please be advised that the financial responsibility for any physical adjustments, such as fixing fire alarms or other repairs. as well as the costs associated with applications and paperwork submissions, will rest with the Property Owner.

Terms of Service

Agreement

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between VACATION RENTAL LICENSE LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Assistant," and the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the "Property Owner," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Services Provided

The Property Owner agrees to grant the Assistant access to the property for the purpose of assisting in obtaining a vacation rental license as required by the relevant authorities. The services provided by the Assistant include, but are not limited to.

Timely Provision of Documents

The Property Owner shall provide all necessary documents, information, and cooperation in a timely manner to facilitate the licensing process. Delays caused by the Property Owner's failure to provide requested documents or information may result in additional costs for time required to complete the project.
